在经济全球化逐渐加深的影响下,使市场经济中行业间的竞争愈演愈烈,近代发展中知识生产力在企业竞争中占有重要地位。企业间的竞争由原来的经济结构、生产材料和资源的竞争转变成人才的竞争。为此,企业在进行人力资源管理中,需要注重对员工的培训工作,通过提升公司员工的自身能力,来提高企业的整体竞争力。文中就针对某石油销售公司在员工培训管理中的问题进行分析,并且提出相应的应对措施。
With the gradual deepening of economic globalization, the competition among industries in the market economy is intensified. The productivity of knowledge in modern development occupies an important position in the competition among enterprises. The competition among enterprises changes from the competition of the original economic structure, production materials and resources to the competition of talents. To this end, enterprises in the human resources management, the need to focus on staff training, by enhancing their own ability of employees to improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises. The paper analyzes the problems in a staff training management for a petroleum sales company, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
