全路货车篷布维修工作会议,于1983年11月15～18日在柳州召开。这次会议主要进行了以下几项工作: 1.交流先进经验,组织技术观摩。会上有柳州、齐齐哈尔、哈尔滨、沈阳、大连东、锦州、济南、青岛、南京西等9个篷布维修所和沈阳铁路局作了经验介绍。柳州篷布维修所为到会同志举行了篷布维修技术观摩表演。先进经验的特点是:领导重视,敢抓敢管;建立健全一套完善的规章制度;坚决贯彻落实岗位经济责任制。
