新课程改革进一步要求教师不断反思自己的教学行为,对高中英语教与学都提出了更高的要求。反思性教学可以帮助教师通过反思自己的教学行为,重新构建适合自己的教学理念和适合学生的教学方法,有助于将自己和其他教师的经验转化为行动,同时有助于提高学生综合素质;是不断追求英语教学的有效性并最终达到“学会教学”与“学会学习”的教学。本文论述了高中英语反思性教学的背景,反思性教学的类型,反思性教学的内容,反思性教学的途径。
The new curriculum reform further requires teachers to constantly reflect on their own teaching behavior and put forward higher requirements on teaching and learning of high school English. Reflective teaching can help teachers to reconstruct their own teaching philosophy and teaching methods appropriate to their own by reflecting on their own teaching behaviors, helping to translate their experiences with other teachers into actions and helping to improve the overall quality of students. Is constantly pursuing the effectiveness of English teaching and eventually achieve “learning to teach ” and “learning to learn ” teaching. This article discusses the background of reflective teaching in high school English, the types of reflective teaching, the content of reflective teaching and the ways of reflective teaching.
