目的 检测 72例胃癌和癌旁组织及 2 0例正常胃粘膜中的CyclinD1和p5 3蛋白 ,探讨它们在胃癌发生、发展中的作用及意义。方法 采用链菌素亲生物素———过氧化物酶法 (SP法 )。结果 胃癌组织中CyclinD1和p5 3蛋白总阳性表达率分别为 47.2 2 %和 5 2 .78% ,与癌旁组织或正常对照胃粘膜组织比较均有非常显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;二者均与胃癌分化程度有关 ,其中p5 3蛋白表达与肿瘤深度 ,淋巴结转移 ,远处转移等因素有明显相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,但CyclinD1表达与之无关 (P >0 .0 5 )。胃癌中CyclinD1与p5 3蛋白表达呈正相关 (r =+0 .45 )。结论 CyclinD1与p5 3蛋白过表达与胃癌的发生 ,分化有关 ,其中CyclinD1过表达是胃癌发生过程中一个较早的分子事件 ,而p5 3蛋白过表达是相对较晚的分子事件 ,可做为早期诊断 ,判断预后和胃癌分化程度的一个参考指标。
Objective To detect the expression of CyclinD1 and p5 3 proteins in 72 cases of gastric cancer and paracancerous tissues and 20 cases of normal gastric mucosa and their roles and significance in the occurrence and development of gastric cancer. Conclusion The overexpression of CyclinD1 and p5 3 is associated with the occurrence and differentiation of gastric cancer. The overexpression of CyclinD1 is an early molecular event in the development of gastric cancer, while the overexpression of p5 3 is a relatively late molecular event and can be used as early stage Diagnosis, prognosis and differentiation of gastric cancer a reference index.
