肾病综合征在临床上遇到并不少,过去我院对肾炎综合征先后采用过激素、氮芥、氯化喹啉等及中医中西结合治疗,取得了一定的成绩,但是疗效尚未满意。近10年来应用环磷酰胺治疗肾病综合征的报告,国外文献已陆续有报导;国内有关环磷酰胺治疗本病的文献所见不多,据报导疗效满意。去年,我科内二区在半年内共收治急慢性肾炎病例共16例,其中属典型肾病综合征的病例4例。这4例均系门诊、住院的病例,经其他方法治疗无效而改用环磷酰胺治疗,疗效满意。4例中3例完全缓解, Nephrotic syndrome in clinical encounter and not less in the past, our hospital on the nephritic syndrome has used hormones, nitrogen mustards, quinoline chloride and Chinese medicine combined with Western treatment, and achieved some results, but the effect is not satisfied.
