目前,中国法制史课程的教学实践存在着学生学习兴趣的缺失、教学模式的单一、教材体例的僵化、授课教师的极端化等诸多问题,为改变这种教学困境,必须从转变教学理念、建立多元化的教学方法、革新教学内容以及对授课教师的培养几方面着手。如此,才能走出中国法制史教学的困境。
At present, there are many problems in the teaching practice of Chinese legal history such as the lack of students’ interest in learning, the single mode of teaching, the rigidity of teaching materials and the extremity of teachers. To change this teaching dilemma, we must change the teaching idea and establish Diversified teaching methods, innovative teaching content and training teachers in several aspects. In this way, we can get out of the plight of the teaching of Chinese legal history.
