目的:对丹参酮IIA磺酸钠抗金黄地鼠皮脂腺增生的作用进行探讨与分析。方法:依照自身对照的方式,分别对雄性金黄地鼠的两侧皮脂腺斑涂抹丹参酮IIA磺酸钠(STS侧)以及生理氯化钠溶液(生理盐水侧),在各个时间点(用药之前、药后10d、药后20d以及药后30d)对两侧皮脂腺斑的面积利用游标卡尺进行测量。结果:用药之后,在金黄地鼠皮脂腺斑面积的缩小上,STS侧要优于生理盐水侧(P<0.05),皮脂腺排列疏松;在皮脂腺细胞PCNA表达上,STS侧要比生理盐水侧下降的明显(P<0.05);在用药20d之后,STS侧的皮脂腺细胞凋亡最为显著(P<0.05)。结论:在金黄地鼠皮脂腺斑上涂抹丹参酮IIA磺酸钠,可以使其面积得到缩小,使皮脂腺斑显微结构得到明显的改变,能够对皮脂腺增生进行抑制,效果显著。
Objective: To investigate the effect of sodium tanshinone IIA sulfonate on the proliferation of sebaceous gland in golden hamster. Methods: According to the way of self-control, tanshinone IIA sulfonate (STS side) and physiological sodium chloride solution (saline side) were applied to the sebaceous glands of both sides of male golden hamster at each time point After 10d, 20d after drug and 30d after drug treatment), the areas of the sebaceous glands on both sides were measured by vernier caliper. RESULTS: After the treatment, the area of sebaceous glands in the golden hamster was reduced, the STS side was superior to the saline side (P <0.05), and the sebaceous glands arranged loosely. On the expression of PCNA in the sebocytes, the STS side was lower than that in the saline side (P <0.05). After 20 days, the apoptosis of sebaceous cells on STS side was the most significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of tanshinone IIA sodium sulfonate on sebaceous glands of golden hamster can make its area reduced and the microstructure of sebaceous glands markedly changed, which can inhibit the proliferation of sebaceous glands.
