高速列车服役过程中,轮对的不对称磨耗对车辆的动力学性能有重要影响。文中采用多体动力学方法,建立车体动力学模型,通过仿真计算研究了轮对不对称磨耗对车辆动力学指标的影响,得出如下结论:随着轮径差的增大,车辆的稳定性、平稳性及曲线通过性能等都有不同程度的下降。因此,高速列车服役过程中应加强轮对状态检测,以保证列车运营的安全性。
During the service of high-speed train, the asymmetrical wear of wheelsets has an important influence on the dynamic performance of vehicles. In this paper, multi-body dynamics method is used to establish vehicle body dynamics model. The influence of asymmetrical wheel wear on vehicle dynamics is studied by simulation. The conclusion is drawn as follows: With the increase of wheel diameter difference, the stability of vehicle Sex, stability and curve through the performance have different degrees of decline. Therefore, the high-speed train service process should strengthen the wheel state detection, to ensure the safety of train operations.
