传统街区的新开发模式,现代街区的新生活空间,梅湾街改造以其传统文化与现代商业的和谐交融赋予这片土地以蜕变。如今的梅湾街,已成为嘉兴最具文化气息和商业活力的街区,并为旧城改造提供了一种新的参考模式。其规划设计的理念以及新模式下商业业态的组合成为一时话题。为了探究梅湾街的魅力所在,并深入思考梅湾街模式在旧城改造中所起到的积极作用,我们邀请了国家建筑设计大师唐葆亨、教授级高级建筑师江华阶、教授级高级建筑师梅钧安、嘉兴市文联秘书长朱樵、《嘉兴日报》资深记者丁燕和梅湾街设计方浙江中房建筑设计研究院及投资方嘉兴市城市发展投资集团有限公司的代表一起,就梅湾街规划设计中的成功之处和商业开发等主题展开对话。
The new development mode of traditional blocks, the new living space of modern blocks, the transformation of Mei Wan Street give this piece of land a transformation with its harmonious blend of traditional culture and modern commerce. Meiwan Street, nowadays, has become the most culturally and commercially viable neighborhood in Jiaxing and provides a new reference model for the renovation of the old city. The concept of its planning and design as well as the new mode of business combination of the business has become a topic.
