EPC总承包模式是国际工程常用的发包模式。随着国内大型设计院向国际型工程公司的转型,其在承接海外工程的同时,因满足当地市场的特殊要求,采用EPC总承包模式的过程中遇到了新的问题。当设计咨询单位与具备设计资质的总承包商签订合同时,此时的总承包内部模式发生了改变,衍变成了E(e)PC模式,因此设计管理产生了新的管控点。运用层次分析法找出这些管理要点,针对这些要点采取有效的管控措施,可以为总承包商精益履约提供保障。
EPC general contracting mode is a common contracting mode in international engineering. With the transformation of large-scale domestic design institutes to international engineering companies, it has encountered new problems in adopting the EPC general contracting model while undertaking overseas projects as well as meeting the special requirements of the local market. When the design consultancy contracted with the general contractor with design qualification, the internal mode of the general contracting at this time changed and changed into the E (e) PC mode, so the design management had a new control point. Using AHP to find out the key points of management and taking effective control measures for these points can provide guarantee for the general contractor’s lean performance.
