目的:探讨αB-crystallin在口腔疣状癌中的表达及其抗细胞凋亡的可能机制。方法:采用免疫组织化学技术,检测αB-crystallin、活化型caspase-3在口腔疣状癌、口腔鳞癌、正常口腔黏膜的表达,并对两者的相关性进行分析。所有数据均由SPSS16.0软件包进行处理,不同组间差别采用Mann-Whitney U、Kruskal-Wallis检验;相关性分析采用Spearman等级相关分析。结果:αB-crystallin在口腔疣状癌、口腔鳞癌的表达显著高于正常口腔黏膜(P<0.05),口腔疣状癌中αB-crystallin表达的增高伴随着活化型caspase-3表达的下降(P<0.05)。结论:αB-crystallin可能通过抑制caspase-3的活化发挥抗凋亡作用,并可能在口腔疣状癌的发生、发展中发挥一定作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression of αB-crystallin in oral verrucous carcinoma and its possible mechanism of anti-apoptosis. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of αB-crystallin and activated caspase-3 in oral verrucous carcinoma, oral squamous cell carcinoma and normal oral mucosa. The correlation between them was analyzed. All data were processed by SPSS16.0 software package. Mann-Whitney U and Kruskal-Wallis test were used to analyze the differences among different groups. Spearman rank correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation. Results: The expression of αB-crystallin in oral verrucous carcinoma and oral squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal oral mucosa (P <0.05). The increase of αB-crystallin expression in oral verrucous carcinoma was accompanied by the decrease of active caspase-3 P <0.05). Conclusion: αB-crystallin may play an anti-apoptotic role by inhibiting caspase-3 activation and may play a role in the occurrence and development of oral verrucous carcinoma.
