介绍了苏打焙烧 水浸法从废石油催化剂中提取钒和钼的工艺。通过水解除铝、加氯化铵沉钒和离子交换法富集钼 ,可回收得到较纯的钒酸铵和钼酸铵。试验结果表明 :原料中Na2 CO3 / (V +Mo)的摩尔比为 1.5 ,焙烧温度为 80 0℃、时间为 1h ,用 80℃水浸取 1h ,钒和钼的浸取率分别达到 97.4%和 98.5 %。在pH =8.5 ,加氨系数为 4倍理论量时进行沉钒 ,钒的沉淀率达 98.6% ,而钼的共沉淀率只有 0 .5 % ,产出的V2 O5的纯度达到 98%。
The process of extracting vanadium and molybdenum from spent petroleum catalyst by soda roasting and flooding was introduced. Through the hydrolysis of aluminum, ammonium chloride precipitation plus vanadium and ion exchange enrichment of molybdenum can be recovered relatively pure ammonium vanadate and ammonium molybdate. The results show that: the molar ratio of Na2CO3 / (V + Mo) in the raw material is 1.5, the calcination temperature is 80 ℃, the time is 1h, leaching with 80 ℃ water for 1h, the leaching rates of vanadium and molybdenum reach 97.4% And 98.5%. At pH = 8.5 and ammonia addition of 4 times the theoretical amount, vanadium was precipitated. The precipitation rate of vanadium was 98.6%, while that of molybdenum was only 0.5%. The purity of V2O5 was 98%.
