迈克尔·洛维是当代活跃在欧洲生态社会主义领域的重要学者。不同于北美生态社会主义学派挖掘马克思辩证唯物主义自然观的研究路径,洛维偏向于从政治经济学视野批判资本主义及其非生态性,回应生态主义对马克思主义生态观的质疑,并尝试描绘与探索生态社会主义的宏观图景和实现路径。他对马克思主义过于重视生产力的解读有失偏颇,却对我国现代化进程如何避免落入发展主义陷阱有重要的实践警醒与生态启示意义。
Michael Lowe is an important contemporary scholar in the field of ecological socialism in Europe. Different from North American ecologically-socialist school of digging Marxist dialectical materialist view of nature, Lowe prefers to criticize capitalism and its non-ecological nature from the perspective of political economy, respond to ecologicalism’s challenge to Marxist ecological outlook, and try to describe And explore the macro picture of ecological socialism and its realization. His interpretation of Marxism’s emphasis on productivity is biased, but it is of great practical vigilance and ecological significance for how to prevent China’s modernization from falling into the trap of developmentism.
