根据中央文件精神,预测套改前后薪酬结构的占比变化、套改前后人均收入差额变化(按职工层级)、套改前后人均月均分配比例关系情况(按职工层级)、套改前后人均月均收入额变化幅度分布情况。预测结果显示:套改后岗位薪点工资单元(基本工资)和年功工资单元(工龄工资)占比上升,辅助工资单元和绩效工资单元占比下降;各类人员人均月收入均上升,正科级倍比关系提高0.04个点,其余各类人员倍比关系持平;人均月均收入额增幅主要集中在0~5%范围,变化金额主要集中在500~1 000元/月。该预测结果对尚未改革的单位具有指导和借鉴意义。
