多店特许一般含义是指在一个特许体系中拥有两个及以上门店的特许经营现象,包括特许中介、区域代理、区域发展、主特许、合资特许、顺序多店特许等形式。这些是现象层面含义和简单分类。多店特许的实践发展很快,但理论研究不足。本文从一个特许体系的发展过程,提出了多店特许的实质含义,并从受许人门店投资比例和受许人的管理权限两个维度,对多店特许的定义和分类等问题进行探索,具有重要意义。
The general meaning of multi-store franchise refers to the phenomenon of franchising that has two or more stores in one franchise system, including franchise agencies, regional agencies, regional development, master franchise, joint venture franchise, and multi-store franchise order. These are phenomenal meanings and simple categories. The practice of multi-store franchise has developed rapidly, but theoretical research is not enough. Based on the development of a charter system, this paper puts forward the essence of multi-store franchise, and explores the definition and classification of multi-store franchise from the two dimensions of investment ratio of franchise stores and managerial authority of franchisees, It is of great significance.
