Ｏｐｔｉｓｏｌ系一种新型的角膜保存液，其保存效果优于Ｍ－Ｋ液、Ｋ液、ＣＳＭ及Ｄｅｘｓｏｌ液。应用Ｏｐｔｉｓｏｌ液保存的供体角膜水肿明显低于Ｄｅｘｓｏｌ液。应用Ｏｐｔｉｓｏｌ保存１－８天之供体角膜行穿透角膜移植术，术后３月至半年植片透明率为７９．１％，１０例患者术后行角膜内皮镜检查，植片中央内皮细胞密度为１０３０－２４６０个／ｍｍ２。
Optisol is a new type of corneal preservation solution that preserves better than M-K, K, CSM, and Dexsol solutions.
