随着课程改革的深入,越来越多的人认识到新课程对教师的教育教学行为提出了许多新的要求,教师应具备的教学技能的内涵也在发生着变化。在这一方面,许多老师已经进行了积极的探索,比如教师需要具备创设有价值的教学情境的技能,教师需要具备激发学生学习兴趣的技能,教师需要具备有效组织小组合作学习的技能,教师需要有课程资源开发的技能。在不断地积极探索中,不少教师产生了新的困惑:清晰的讲解、漂亮的板书,这么多年来形成的教学技能都变得不重要了吗?新课程带来了这么多新的技能,我们什么时候才能具备?困惑引发了更加深入的思考,仅仅是简单的增加吗,新的教学技能究竟“新”在何处?
