我室本年度油菜品质育种工作,主要是将去年所获得的19份芥酸含量在5%以下的株系进行田间综合性状鉴定,从中选优,再通过芥酸含量分析,寻找出低芥酸稳定系,扩大繁殖种子.对芥酸含量在5—30%的中间材料,一方面进行单株与单粒相结合的分析方法筛选低(5%以下)芥酸株系,另一方面,选择综合性状优良株系,与无芥酸材料回交,继续导入无芥酸基因,以扩大选择范围.与此同时,在九华山建立了夏繁基地,以便获得一批纯种,供全省今秋多点鉴定示范并加速扩大繁殖种子,尽快用于大田生产. 一、低芥酸株系试验情况(一) 5%以下有苗头的低芥酸株系
