对于飞机液压管道的疲劳破坏现象,从液压管道系统的动力学特性人手进行研究,得到管道结构在油液压力脉动作用下的位移及应力时间历程,在此基础上应用局部应力应变法对管道结构的裂纹萌生寿命进行估算,由断裂力学的方法得出管道结构的裂纹扩展寿命,从而得出管道结构的全寿命。此计算结果为管道结构的设计及优化提供了理论参考。
For the fatigue damage of the aircraft hydraulic pipeline, the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic pipeline system are researched, and the displacement and stress time history of the pipeline structure under the pressure pulsation of oil are obtained. Based on this, the local stress-strain method is applied to analyze the pipeline structure The crack initiation life is estimated, and the crack propagation life of the pipe structure is obtained by the method of fracture mechanics to obtain the full life of the pipe structure. The calculation results provide theoretical reference for the design and optimization of pipeline structure.
