机场特种车辆的调度效率将直接影响地勤服务成本和航班正点率。针对机场加油车动态调度问题,构建具体时刻的车辆调度模型;利用航班预计到港/出港消息,设计一种基于规划时间窗的车辆实时调度算法,将动态问题转化为一系列静态问题,实现车辆总行驶路程最短、所需车辆最少和每辆车的服务任务量均衡的目标。以机场实际数据验证了其合理性和有效性。
The scheduling efficiency of airport special vehicles will directly affect the cost of ground service and the punctual flight rate. Aiming at the dynamic dispatching problem of airport refueling trucks and constructing a vehicle scheduling model at a specific moment, a real-time vehicle scheduling algorithm based on planning time window is designed by using the expected arrival / departure information of flight to transform the dynamic problem into a series of static problems, The total length of the shortest route, the minimum required vehicle and each vehicle service load balance goal. The actual data of the airport verify its rationality and effectiveness.
