目的:观察注射用甘草酸二胺、复方甘草酸单胺、异甘草酸镁在病毒性肝炎治疗中对慢性乙型肝炎患者血钾的影响。方法:分析1 100例采用上述3种药物治疗的慢性乙型肝炎患者,分别观察治疗前、治疗2周、治疗4周患者的血钾水平值,并进行组间比较分析;比较不同性别、年龄、体质量患者之间低血钾发生率是否存在差异。结果:各组在治疗前、后血钾平均水平值无明显变化,复方甘草酸单胺组、甘草酸二铵组的患者血钾水平值降低,其发生率分别为5.07%(36/710)和5.75%(16/278);异甘草酸镁组无低血钾发生;经统计学分析,异甘草酸镁组血钾水平值明显低于复方甘草酸单胺组和甘草酸二铵组;女性患者的发生率高于男性,体质量低于60 kg患者血钾水平值明显高于60 kg以上患者;并随年龄的增长发生率增高,其差导无统计学意义。结论:甘草酸制剂对患者血钾水平值无明显影响,异甘草酸镁组致低血钾的发生率明显低于复方甘草酸单胺组和甘草酸二铵组,低体质量的女性患者易导致低血钾,治疗中应密切关注血钾水平值的变化。
Objective: To observe the effects of glycyrrhizin for injection, compound glycyrrhizin monoamine and magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate on the serum potassium of patients with chronic hepatitis B in the treatment of viral hepatitis. CONCLUSION: The glycyrrhizin preparation has no obvious effect on the serum potassium level. The incidence of hypokalemia in magnesium isosilate group is significantly lower than that in compound glycyrrhizic acid monoamine group and diammonium glycyrrhizinate group.
