本文针对目前中学及大中专院校各种版本教材中,对淀粉指示剂遇碘水变色问题出现模糊认识选题进行研究。本论文从筛选淀粉品种及筛选防腐剂种类入手,通过改变淀粉和防腐剂浓度及储存期,进行一系列配比实验、筛选实验、储存实验、验证实验从而得到一种或几种最佳配方,这种最佳配方能使淀粉指示剂储存期达到20天以上不变质,且遇碘水指示剂一定会变正蓝色,消除了学生对这一问题的困惑,现已推广到实际实验教学中,收到了满意的效果。
