目的探讨控制采血量达到最佳的方法。方法做一个标准物,现场将采血袋和标准物都放到采血称上,然后提起采血针到穿刺部位的高度,记录此时采血称的计量值,即最佳采血量的控制点。结果血容量抽检结果和标示血容量比较贴近,无明显差异(P>0.01),质控图与标准线符合度很高。结论掌握最佳采血量的控制点,理想的控制了最佳采血量,有效的提高了血液的质量。
Objective To explore ways to control the amount of blood collected to achieve the best results. Methods To make a standard, the blood collection bag and the standard were placed on the site to collect the blood weigher, and then the height of the lancet was collected and the measurement value of the blood weigher at that time was recorded, which is the control point of the optimal blood collection volume. Results The blood volume sampling results were close to the marked blood volume, and there was no significant difference (P>0.01). The quality control chart and the standard line were highly consistent. Conclusion Mastering the best blood volume control point, ideally controls the best blood volume, and effectively improves blood quality.
