目的利用GIS技术,系统管理淄博市饮用水卫生安全地理信息,掌握全市饮用水卫生安全状况,探索适合本市的饮用水卫生安全监管模式,为卫生决策提供科学依据。方法于2011年,调查淄博市农村和城市饮用水基本状况,开展饮用水卫生监测,收集调查监测数据,利用GIS(Geographic Information System)技术,实现饮用水卫生安全地理信息数据的空间管理与分析应用。结果利用2 636个行政村、19处城市供水水源地、12家城市供水企业和34家二次供水单位基本状况调查资料,660份饮用水卫生监测数据,组成淄博市饮用水卫生安全地理信息库,基于GIS技术实现相关信息的浏览、查询和数据空间分析,描述饮用水卫生安全现况,进行饮用水卫生安全评估。结论淄博市饮用水卫生安全GIS系统数据管理功能强,实际利用价值高,提升了全市饮用水卫生安全与应急管理的水平。
Objective To use GIS technology to systematically manage the sanitary and safe geographical information of drinking water in Zibo City, master the health and safety status of drinking water in the city, and explore the health and safety supervision mode suitable for the drinking water in the city so as to provide a scientific basis for health decision-making. Methods In 2011, we investigated the basic status of drinking water in rural and urban areas of Zibo, carried out sanitary monitoring of drinking water, collected survey and monitoring data and realized the spatial management and analysis of drinking water health and safety geographic information data using Geographic Information System (GIS) technology . Results Based on the survey data on the basic conditions of 2 636 administrative villages, 19 urban water supply sources, 12 urban water supply enterprises and 34 secondary water supply units and 660 health monitoring data of drinking water, the Zibo Municipal Drinking Water Health and Safety Geographic Information Base , Based on GIS technology to browse related information, query and data space analysis, describing the status of drinking water health and safety, drinking water health and safety assessment. Conclusion Zibo City, drinking water health and safety GIS system data management capabilities, the actual use of high value, improve the city’s drinking water health and safety and emergency management level.
