下运带式输送机是一种极具发展潜力的煤矿井下输送设备,但因其工况复杂、技术难度大、运行安全可靠性要求高,国内的研究及发展相对落后。比较了几种常用的软启动装置,经比较认为四象限变频调速装置是大型下运带式输送机的首选;建立了下运带式输送机制动力学模型,给出了新的制动力矩计算公式,并对几种常用制动系统进行了比较,认为应用电液比例控制技术的可控盘式制动器是大型下运带式输送机高可靠性制动系统的最佳选择。
Down conveyor belt conveyor is a great potential for underground coal transportation equipment, but because of its complex conditions, technical difficulties, high operational safety and reliability requirements, the domestic research and development is relatively backward. Compared with several commonly used soft-start devices, four-quadrant variable-frequency speed-control devices are considered as the first choice for large-scale down-conveyors. The braking dynamics model of down-conveyors is established and a new braking torque Calculation formula and compares several common braking systems. It is concluded that the controllable disc brake with electro-hydraulic proportional control technology is the best choice for the high reliability braking system of large down conveyor belt.
