油田油管清洗是个很大的市场，以高压水射流清洗工艺取代传统的化学清洗工艺设计了油管内外壁同步清洗装置［１］．介绍了在此基础上开发的第二代油管清洗装置产品，其特点是实现了上管、清洗至下管全过程的手动与自动控制，安全可靠．装置同时适用２５″（６２ｃｍ）与３″（７６ｃｍ）油管的清洗，同时，对不同垢层的油管清洗速度无级可调，进一步提高了清洗效率．对油管外壁的清洗，开发了大直径（Ｄ２００ｍｍ）高压旋转喷头，是一项实用性很强的高压水射流技术．
Oilfield tubing cleaning is a big market, high-pressure water jet cleaning process to replace the traditional chemical cleaning process designed tubing synchronous cleaning device inside and outside the wall [1]. The outer wall of the tubing cleaning, the development of large diameter (D200mm) high pressure rotary nozzle, is a highly practical high-pressure water jet technology.
