本文分析了造成高校学生不愿提问的原因,提出了对中国高等教育以“课程标准”来取代目前的“教学大纲”的建议。指出了充分认识培养学生提出问题能力的重要性,培养学生提出问题能力是素质教育的要求,是课堂教学之魂和科研之魂,同时也提出了怎样培养学生提出问题的能力的措施。 This paper analyzes the reasons that cause college students not to ask questions, and puts forward some suggestions on how to replace the current “syllabus” with “curriculum standard” in Chinese higher education. It points out the importance of fully understanding the ability of students to raise questions. The training of students ’ability to ask questions is the requirement of quality education. It is the soul of classroom teaching and the soul of scientific research. At the same time, it puts forward some measures to cultivate students’ ability to ask questions.
