双革网机采用了新的工艺设计，改变了传统网片生产工艺，省去了抽丝、混线、织网过程，一次性注入原料而形成网片。该设备分为两部分，一谓挤出部分，一谓双牵部分。网片是在挤出机、机头、口模模具、双牵器等主要部件有机配合下，采用相似原理和放大结构产生的。口模模具控制网目的平齐；机头的可调结构控制双牵网牵伸时的平衡运行轨迹。双牵网饥的产品为双牵网，主要用于诲、淡水养殖业，畜牧饲养业等。
