目的评价ProTaper根管预备、侧方加压根管充填和连续波技术根管充填对离体牙牙根组织的影响。方法收集200颗单根单根管下颌前磨牙,随机分为A、B、C、D组,每组50颗。A组为对照组,不进行处理;B、C、D三组以Protaper序列预备至F3,B组不进行根管充填,C组选择侧方加压法根管充填,D组以连续波技术根管充填。分别对每颗牙牙根距根尖3、6、9mm进行片切,获得600个切片,在牙科手术显微镜下(×18)观察切面根裂发生情况。结果 A组无根裂情况发生;B、C、D组均有根裂发生,分别为12、30、20,且与A组有统计学差异(P<0.05)。预备组B组与侧方加压根充组C组根裂发生率有统计学差异(P<0.05),但与连续波技术充填组D组无统计学差异;两根充组C、D间根裂发生率无统计学差异。结论 ProTaper根管预备、侧方加压根管充填和连续波技术根管充填可导致离体牙根裂的发生。
Objective To evaluate the effects of ProTaper root canal preparation, lateral compression root canal filling and continuous wave root canal filling on isolated tooth root tissue. Methods 200 single mandibular premolars were collected and randomly divided into groups A, B, C and D, with 50 in each group. Group A was the control group without treatment; group B, C and D were prepared with Protaper sequence to F3, Group B with no root canal filling, Group C with lateral compression filling and Group D with continuous wave technique Root canal filling. The root apices of 3, 6, and 9 mm from each tooth root were sliced and sliced to obtain 600 slices. The occurrence of root dehiscence was observed under a dental operation microscope (× 18). Results There was no root fissure in group A, and root fissures occurred in groups B, C and D, which were 12, 30 and 20, respectively. There was a significant difference between group A and group A (P <0.05). There was a significant difference in the incidence of root rupture between preparation group B and lateral compression root compression group C (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) There was no significant difference in the incidence of cleft. Conclusions ProTaper root canal preparation, lateral compression root canal filling and continuous wave technique root canal filling can lead to the occurrence of root dehiscence.
