蓄水量空间分配是制定水库蓄放水次序、供水任务分配的主要依据。本文研究了并联供水水库蓄水量空间分布特性,提出了水库调节能力指数和补偿调节库容阈值的概念,从理论上推导了双库并联系统蓄水期和供水期蓄水量的空间分布规则,在应用上建立了辽宁省碧流河与英那河水库蓄水量空间分布优化模型,采用并行种群混合进化粒子群算法(PSSE-PSO)对模型进行了求解。理论与应用研究表明:(1)蓄水量空间分布存在明显的阈值特性,即任一水库并不是始终作为被补偿水库,当系统总蓄水量超过某阈值时水库由供水状态转为蓄水状态,反之由蓄水状态转为供水状态;(2)补偿水库与被补偿水库的划分不宜仅依据水库库容或其调节能力大小预先确定,而应依据系统中各库调节能力指数和调节库容阈值综合动态确定。
The spatial distribution of water storage is the main basis for formulating the sequence of water storage and discharge and the distribution of water supply tasks. This paper studies the spatial distribution characteristics of water storage in parallel water supply reservoirs, puts forward the concept of reservoir regulation capacity index and compensation regulation storage capacity threshold, theoretically derives the spatial distribution rules of water storage period and water storage period of double-bank parallel system, In the application, the spatial distribution optimization model of water storage capacity of Biliuhe and Yingnahe reservoirs in Liaoning Province was established, and the model was solved by PSSE-PSO (parallel evolutionary population swarm optimization algorithm). Theoretical and application studies show that: (1) The spatial distribution of water storage has obvious threshold characteristics, that is, any reservoir does not always serve as a compensated reservoir. When the total system storage capacity exceeds a certain threshold, the reservoir is changed from water supply to water storage (2) The division of compensatory reservoirs and compensated reservoirs should not be based on the reservoir capacity alone or its regulatory capacity, but should be based on the adjusted capacity index of each bank in the system and the adjustment of the storage capacity threshold Comprehensive dynamic determination.
