主要研究如何利用Excel的绘图和计算功能进行双代号网络计划图的编制及其工作、节点时间参数的计算。通过在Excel平台编制时间参数计算基本语句,应用数学方法对各工作(工序)的总时差(机动时间)和工序作业时间进行反复调整,使实际工期满足计划工期。结果表明传统手工编制网络计划图的工作量大,编辑功能差,通用性不强,调整不方便;利用Excel的绘图和计算功能编制的网络计划图,使网络图形的节点、工序、关键路径和时间参数、时差、总工期的计算语句通过同一界面直观地展现于前台,即图形和计算程序有机结合,大大增强了网络计划图的直观性、编辑性、程序化和通用性。
The main research how to make use of Excel’s drawing and calculation functions for the preparation of two-code network planning map and its work, node time parameter calculation. Through compiling basic sentences in Excel platform, the mathematical method is used to adjust the total time difference (maneuvering time) and working time of each work (working procedure) so that the actual duration meets the planned duration. The results show that the traditional hand-made network plan map workload, poor editing, versatility is not strong, the adjustment is not convenient; using Excel’s drawing and calculation function of the network plan, the network graphics nodes, processes, critical paths and Time parameters, time difference, total duration of the statement through the same interface intuitive display in the foreground, that the combination of graphics and calculation procedures, greatly enhance the network plan intuitive, editorial, program and versatility.
