目的 检测复方赤木煎剂体外抗肿瘤作用。方法 根据肿瘤干细胞克隆形成实验及~3H—TdR掺入法进行检测。结果 对肝癌及肺癌两种细胞以克隆形成相当率计算50%抑制率的中药浓度为1:588,即1.7mg/ml生药量,且1:60的煎剂对SPC—A—1的DNA合成抑制率为78%,对克隆形成的抑制率为100%。结论 复方赤木煎剂具有较强的抑制与杀伤肿瘤干细胞的能力,且随剂量增加,抑制作用加强,呈现良好的量效关系。
Objective To detect the anti-tumor effect of compound XMU decoction in vitro. Methods According to cancer stem cell clone formation assay and ~3H-TdR incorporation assay. RESULTS: The concentration of traditional Chinese medicine for the 50% inhibition rate of the two cell types of liver cancer and lung cancer was calculated to be 1:588, ie, 1.7 mg/ml of crude drug, and DNA decoction of 1:60 for SPC-A-1 DNA synthesis. The inhibition rate was 78%, and the inhibition of colony formation was 100%. Conclusion The compound Acer decoction has a strong ability to inhibit and kill cancer stem cells, and with the increase of dose, the inhibitory effect is strengthened, showing a good dose-effect relationship.
