企业文化作为新兴的一门学科,现已成为现代企业领域研究的一个重点课题。优秀的企业文化可以为企业经营发展注入新的生命力,大大增加企业的经济效益和社会效益。企业文化是现代企业所拥有的一项重要资源,是企业综合竞争力的核心所在。对于国有勘察设计企业而言,构建企业文化,构建差异性企业文化非常重要。因此,文章从国有勘察设计企业的特点、差异性企业文化构建中存在的问题,以及构建国有勘察设计企业差异性文化的对策三方面展开了论述。
As a new discipline, corporate culture has now become a key issue in the field of modern enterprise research. Excellent corporate culture can inject new vitality into the business development and greatly increase the economic and social benefits of the enterprise. Corporate culture is an important resource owned by modern enterprises, which is the core of comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. For the state-owned survey and design enterprises, building a corporate culture, building a differentiated corporate culture is very important. Therefore, the article discusses the characteristics of the state-owned survey and design enterprises, the problems existing in the construction of the differentiated corporate culture and the countermeasures to construct the differentiated culture of the state-owned survey and design enterprises.
