耐久跑是一种较长距离的周期运动,既要求一定的速度,又要能跑的持久,属于田径运动中的中长跑项目,也是体育中考必测项目。在中学阶段,耐久跑是发展心肺功能提高有氧代谢能力的有效手段。经常进行耐久跑锻炼,不仅可以发展一般耐久,培养顽强、坚毅的心理品质,而且对于消耗身体多余的脂肪也有直接功效。但在多年的教学实践中,总是碰到不少学生听到上耐久跑课就脸色大变,对耐久跑课有厌烦情绪,甚至有恐惧心理,当然这不能排除客观的场地条件因素,最主要的还是学生主观的能动性。因此如何调动学生的积极性,激发学生的热情,成了上好耐久跑教材的关键问题。
