考虑动压气体径向轴承中气膜压力变化小的特点,对润滑Reynolds方程的非线性项进行适当近似,得到线性Reynolds方程。利用有限差分法求解该近似Reynolds方程,得到动压气体径向轴承的压力分布,分析气体径向轴承性能,计算得出轴承承载力的大小,并与文献中的实验数据进行比较。与直接数值解相比,该数值解计算结果与实验数据吻合较好。
Considering the small change of the pressure of the gas film in the radial bearing of the dynamic pressure gas, the nonlinear Reynolds equation is obtained by appropriately approximating the nonlinear terms of the lubrication Reynolds equation. The approximate Reynolds equation was solved by the finite difference method to get the pressure distribution of radial gas bearing. The performance of radial gas bearing was analyzed. The bearing capacity of the gas bearing was calculated and compared with the experimental data in the literature. Compared with the direct numerical solution, the numerical solution is in good agreement with the experimental data.
