科学的需求分析机制是根据新科技的发展、工作的需要、企业的发展战略与规划,以及企业现有人员的情况来确定的。市场经济的迅猛发展,推动着我国企业对员工的培训力度进一步增强。中国三大石油公司在全国按区域化、专业化分设了数十个培训基地,每年组织数十万人次参加各种层面的培训。企业人才的培养,支撑推动着企业的发展和进步。但是与发达国家相比,我们还有很大差距。企业员工培训普遍存在着投资严重不足,培训体系不够健全,考核不严格、培训效果差等问题,这在一定程度上制约了企业快速发展。
The scientific needs analysis mechanism is based on the development of new science and technology, the needs of work, the development strategy and planning of enterprises, and the current situation of enterprises. Generally speaking, there is a serious shortage of investment in employee training, training system is not perfect, the examination is not rigorous, poor training and other issues, which to a certain extent, restricted the rapid development of enterprises.
