目的:用高效液相色谱法建立通窍活血汤的指纹图谱分析方法。方法:以阿魏酸、芍药苷为对照品,色谱柱:Phenomenexluna C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(含0.1%磷酸)梯度洗脱;柱温:30℃;测定波长分别为230 nm、280 nm、320 nm;流速:1.0 mL.min-1,研究通窍活血汤HPLC指纹图谱。结果:标示出通窍活血汤特征色谱峰并对其色谱峰进行归属。结论:该方法准确、重复性好,为通窍活血汤的指纹图谱质量控制提供了依据。
Objective: To establish a method for fingerprint analysis of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction by high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: Ferulic acid and paeoniflorin were used as controls. The chromatographic column was Phenomenexluna C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was gradient elution of methanol-water (containing 0.1% phosphoric acid). Column temperature: 30°C. The determination wavelength was 230 nm, 280 nm, 320 nm, and the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1. The HPLC fingerprint of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction was studied. Results: The characteristic chromatographic peaks of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction were marked and the chromatographic peaks were assigned. Conclusion: The method is accurate and reproducible, and provides a basis for the quality control of Tongqiao Huoxue decoction.
