高职院校化妆品经营与管理专业的人才培养目标在于培养德智体美全面发展、具有良好的职业道德和坚实的职业生涯发展基础、掌握专业必需的基本理论和实践技能、具备较强的营销能力及执行能力、能在化妆品及美容行业从事营销策划、化妆品销售、客户服务、经营管理、美容指导等相关工作的高端技能型人才。目前,对于该专业人才培养模式与区域产业的对接没有统一标准,如何根据该人才培养目标来设计一套系统完整的人才培养模式,使之与区域产业进行“三对接”具有重要的研究意义。
