因工作条件和使用环境的苛刻性,对矿用电机车蓄电池电源箱密封性和应力分布进行了分析研究。基于ANSYS,讨论了螺栓数量、螺栓直径等参数对电源箱强度和箱盖与箱体之间缝隙的影响规律。计算结果表明增加螺栓数量、加大螺栓直径可以降低电源箱内应力和缝隙量。
Due to the working conditions and the harshness of the use of the environment, the mine electric locomotive battery power box sealing and stress distribution were analyzed. Based on ANSYS, the influence of bolt number, bolt diameter and other parameters on the strength of power box and the gap between box cover and box is discussed. The calculation results show that increasing the number of bolts and increasing the bolt diameter can reduce the stress and the amount of cracks in the power box.
