’95全国音乐学院院长会议于6月20日至26日在沈阳音乐学院召开。来自中央、中国、上海、四川、武汉、西安、星海、天津以及沈阳音乐学院全国9所音乐学院的院长、教务处长以及有关部门领导30余人出席了会议。文化部教育司司长陶纯孝参加了会议。本次会议是继去年在天津音乐学院召开的以内部管理体制改革为中心的第一届研讨会后,举行的第二次以教学改革为中心的研讨会。开幕式上,沈阳音乐学院院长秦咏诚、党委书记王瑞江首先代表东道主先后发表热情洋溢的讲话。嗣后,陶纯孝司长代表文化部就关于深化高等艺术院校教学改革问题,从建设与改革两大方面发表了重要讲话。她着重指出:在建设方面,首先要进一步明确和端正办学指导思想。这一点在目前教育投入不足,学校要花费很大精力为生存和发展而努力,从而容易被忽视的时候,尤为重要。其次,要从专业建设、课程建设、校内外实习基地建设、学风建设和教学管理制度建设五个方面扎实地进行教学基本建设;在改革方面,首先要从教育思想、 ’95 National Conservatory of Music Dean meeting was held in Shenyang Conservatory of Music from June 20 to June 26.
