1993年7月3～6日,在湖北医科大学附属第一医院召开了首届长江射频消融治疗心律失常学术研讨会。来自台湾长庚医学院国际著名的心血管病专家吴德朗教授在会上作了“阵发性室上性心动过速”的专题报告,并回答了与会者的有关提问。另外,美国Standford大学医疗中心心电生理和心律失常治疗研究室主任Sung(宋瑞珍)近为EP Tips撰文谈选择性消融慢径路治疗房室结折返性心动过速。这篇述评简洁地概括了这一问题的关键与要点,对于完全有效地进行房室结改良有重要指导作用。特予刊出。以飨读者。
July 1993 3-6, the First Affiliated Hospital of Hubei Medical University held the first Yangtze River radiofrequency ablation treatment of arrhythmia academic seminar. Professor Wu Delong, an internationally renowned cardiovascular expert from Taiwan Chang Gung Memorial Medical School, made a special report on “paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia” and answered questions from participants. In addition, Sung (Song Ruizhen), director of the research center of electrophysiological and arrhythmic treatment at Standford University Medical Center near EP Tips, talks about selective ablation of slow pathway in treatment of atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia. This review concisely summarizes the key points and points of this issue, which is of great guiding significance for the complete and effective improvement of atrioventricular node. Special issue.
