以磷酸氢二铵、硝酸钙为原料,利用CTAB表面活性剂的水溶液形成的胶束为反应模板,采用水热法合成工艺,在反应液pH=11,反应温度为150℃,反应时间为24h的条件下成功合成了高纯度的一维纳米羟基磷灰石,并提出其可能的形成机理。通过XRD,TEM,FT-IR测试表征,发现制备的纳米棒长度为60~360nm,直径为15~25nm,轴径比为5~20,分散度高,具有与人体骨骼成分相近的结构。
Using diammonium hydrogen phosphate and calcium nitrate as raw materials, the micelles formed by the aqueous solution of CTAB surfactant were used as the reaction template. The hydrothermal synthesis process was used. When the pH of the reaction solution was 11, the reaction temperature was 150 ℃ and the reaction time was 24 h Successfully synthesized high-purity one-dimensional nano-hydroxyapatite, and proposed its possible formation mechanism. The prepared nanorods were characterized by XRD, TEM and FT-IR. The lengths of nanorods were 60 ~ 360nm, 15 ~ 25nm in diameter, 5 ~ 20 in axial ratio, high dispersion and similar structure to human bone.
