黑木耳优良菌株的选育利用黑木耳野生菌种驯化,和使用生物技术,从黑木耳双核菌丝脱壁再生的变异株中,培育选出二株高产优质新菌株8808和931。通过鉴定,黑木耳8808新菌株,子实体朵大、黑、肉厚、菌丝生长健壮,抗杂能力强,子实体低温能迅速展片(15-22℃),不仅适合段木栽培而且适干木屑袋料栽培。黑木耳931新菌株:子实体朵大、黑、肉厚、母种菌丝细弱,但接入木屑培养基和段木后定植快,菌丝健壮,抗杂能力强,是段木栽培的理想菌株。建立起一套用生物技术选育黑木耳菌株新方法,收集大量不同生态条件下的野生种质资源,可供黑木耳遗传育种,生理生化,生态领域研究。菌种生产和木耳栽培生产设备可土可洋,投资
