对蚕沙堆肥中可培养微生物菌群进行分离,结果发现50℃下蚕沙堆肥中可培养纤维素降解菌群中细菌为优势菌群、放线菌次之,真菌菌群相对最少,其中放线菌T-1菌株的CMCase与FPAase值最高。该菌诱导产CMCase比较敏感,但诱导产FPAase不敏感。T-1菌株诱导产CMCase的最适碳源、最适氮源、最适温度、最适pH值分别是微晶纤维素+蚕沙、蛋白胨+酵母膏、55℃、7.0;接种T-1菌株第8天后产CMCase最高。
