随着市场经济体制改革的逐步深入,我国电力企业由过去处于垄断地位,逐步面临越来越激烈的竞争。人是生产力中最活跃的因素,电力企业以人为本,狠抓人力资源管理,提高了广大职工积极性和创造性。薪酬管理是人力资源管理的关键部分。本文分析了薪酬管理在电力企业人力资源管理中的作用,电力企业薪酬管理面临的问题,最后针对这些问题弊端,提出了切实可行的对策办法,具有一定的科学性和借鉴意义。
With the gradual deepening of market economy system reform, China’s power enterprises have been in a monopoly position from the past, and are gradually facing more and more intense competition. Human beings are the most active factor in the productive forces. People-oriented power enterprises, pay close attention to human resources management, improve the enthusiasm and creativity of the majority of workers. Payroll management is a key part of human resource management. This paper analyzes the role of compensation management in power enterprise human resource management and the problems faced by power enterprise salary management. Finally, in view of the disadvantages of these problems, it puts forward feasible and feasible countermeasures, which is of scientific and referential significance.
