通过对北京9所培养单位进行问卷调查,发现在法律硕士(法学)研究生培养实践中存在的主要问题是:培养工作职业导向不强、课程设置不够合理、师资配备及教学方法运用不够得当、实习环节缺乏有效安排,此外,在管理工作中还存在对法律硕士(法学)专业学位研究生没有一视同仁对待的问题。据此提出以下建议:法律硕士(法学)的培养应当明确职业化培养目标,合理规划课程安排,完善师资组成结构,增加学生实践机会,优化配套政策措施。
Through the questionnaire survey of 9 training units in Beijing, we found that the main problems in the training of LLM (Law) are: the orientation of training job is not strong, the curriculum is not reasonable enough, the teaching staffing and teaching methods are not properly used, the internship There is a lack of effective arrangements for the links. In addition, there is still a problem with regard to the management of postgraduates with LL.M. (law) degrees. Accordingly, the following suggestions are proposed: The training of LLM (law) should clarify the goal of professionalization training, rationally plan the curriculum, improve the composition of teachers, increase students’ practical opportunities and optimize the supporting policies and measures.
