在当前,现浇钢筋混凝土结构越来越多,楼板超厚现象也时有发生。我单位承建施工的某高层公寓,在施工开始时,也发生过楼板超厚的现象,这样不仅影响日后的装修,也给结构本身留下隐患。如卫生间地坪、走道、楼梯口,按有关规定要求应比起居室低10~20毫米,如果施工中不注意,剔凿超厚的混凝土时,容易把钢筋凿出来,露出表面,破坏楼板钢筋的可护层,造成以上问题的原因是:1.设计时没有考虑建筑使用功能的要求及建筑地坪之间的高差,未从结构上反映出来。
