目的:从莲子心中提取分离甲基莲心碱。方法:采用正交试验法,以甲基莲心碱含量、得率为指标,多指标综合评分,优选甲基莲心碱提取分离工艺条件。结果:最佳分离方法为:浓度为2.5%的氢氧化钠溶液以体积比1∶1与三氯甲烷进行萃取,由三氯甲烷层得到甲基莲心碱,含量为91.6%,得率为45.6%。结论:该工艺能够有效、快速的从莲子心中提取分离甲基莲心碱。
Objective: To extract and separate neferine from the heart of lotus seed. Methods: Using orthogonal test method, taking the neferine content, yield as index, multi-index comprehensive score, preferably extracting and separating the process conditions of neferine. Results: The best separation method was as follows: sodium hydroxide solution with a concentration of 2.5% was extracted with trichloromethane in a volume ratio of 1: 1, and the neonicotinoid was obtained from the chloroform layer with the content of 91.6% and the yield of 45.6 %. Conclusion: The process can effectively and quickly extract and separate neferine from the lotus heart.
