针对贴牌生产供应链品牌溢价收益共享模型,分析了个体理性和集体理性情形下双方陷入“囚徒困境”的道德风险问题,给出了双边道德风险情形下的最优分配比例与对方和自身能力比的依赖关系,确定了集体理性收益按此分配的分配比例取值范围及条件;进一步讨论了关系契约中贴现因子与自身和对方能力比的关系,确定了贴现因子的取值范围及条件。研究发现,求得的基于双方能力比取值范围为条件的该收益共享分配比例和关系契约贴现因子取值能规避道德风险行为。
According to the model of premium sharing of supply chain brand of OEM, this paper analyzes the moral hazard of both parties getting into “Prisoners ’Dilemma” under the condition of individual rationality and collective rationality, and gives the optimal distribution ratio of the two parties’ The relationship between the discount factor in the contract of relationship and the ratio of self-ability to partner ability is further discussed, and the range of the value of the discount factor is determined condition. The research finds that the ratio of the share of revenue sharing and the value of the contract discount factor can avoid the ethical risk behavior under the conditions of the ratio of the two parties’ ability to the value range.
