[目的]为吡虫啉的安全使用提供依据。[方法]用分散基质固相萃取和液相色谱串联质谱法检测水蜜桃中的吡虫啉残留,回收率在93.7%~104.1%之间,最低检出限为0.01 mg/kg。[结果]吡虫啉在水蜜桃中的降解符合一级动力学模式,降解半衰期为1.81~2.39 d,施药10 d后,残留低于检出限。[结论]吡虫啉喷雾施药量低于0.067 g a.i./L,施药次数不超过2次,安全间隔期为3 d。经过残留安全评价,其急性和慢性风险墒值RQ远低于ARfD和ADI,推荐吡虫啉在水蜜桃中的最大残留限量为0.5 mg/kg。
[Objective] The research provided the basis for the safe use of imidacloprid. [Method] The imidacloprid residue in peach was determined by disperse matrix solid phase extraction and tandem mass spectrometry. The recoveries were between 93.7% and 104.1%, and the lowest detection limit was 0.01 mg / kg. [Result] The degradation of imidacloprid in peach conformed to the first-order kinetic model, the half-life of degradation was 1.81 ~ 2.39 d, and the residue was below the detection limit after 10 days. [Conclusion] The application rate of imidacloprid was less than 0.067 g a.i./L, the application frequency was no more than twice and the safety interval was 3 d. After residual safety assessment, the RQs for acute and chronic risks are much lower than those for ARfD and ADI. The recommended maximum residue limit for imidacloprid in peaches is 0.5 mg / kg.
